Bubble tea, also known as "pearl tea" or "boba tea," is a sweet and refreshing drink that originated in Taiwan during the early 1980's. There are many varieties of the drink with a wide range of ingredients. The two most popular varieties are Bubble milk tea with tapioca balls and Bubble milk green tea with tapioca balls.
